Special formulated adhesive includes a halogen free flame retardant agent which combined with the unique flame retardant properties of the white polyester based facstock will largely reduce the label combustion risk if the product overheated or exposed to flame.  This label is reliable option for product with flame retardant requirement, for example lithium battery product identification.

Oil Resistant Label with special formulated adhesive is design to adhere firmly on oily surface.  Adhesion to oily surfaces normally requires the cleaning process before application, with this label material would adhere firmly on oily surfaces without pre-cleaning required.  This will help to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time in process or product identification during oily manufacturing process where surface cleaning is no longer required.  Ideal for automotive, machine and metal parts manufacturing.

PMAL7035 comprises a polypropylene based synthetic paper with a permanent adhesive and a siliconized glassine paper specifically designed to adhere on oily surface. The facesheet are printable with conventional ink and/or thermal transfer ribbon using standard printing method including flexography, letterpress, digital and offset.

Anti-Static Labels help to protect PCBs and their components from Electrostatics Discharge (ESD) both during their application and through the label life on the product.  Our labels feature a static dissipative surface coating, non-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive with low tribocharging levels when pealed from the release liner.
