PMA Manufacturing engineers and develops custom PSA Labels, for most industries to address specific customer requirements.

We are currently in development partnerships for new UV Hotmelt Adhesives with low out-gassing properties and approved for many FDA medical applications, having Ultra Removable, non residue surface release technology.

Developed world leading Cleanroom Label surface particle removal manufacturing systems, with removal of particles to 0.2 Micron level

We are also in an EU partnership with the development of a silicon free liner which is manufactured using Bi Axial PP resins.

Because of a proprietary manufacturing process, we are able to produce PP liners  eliminating any use of surface release chemicals. The benefits show up in the economies of the liner and its performance. Ready to market in the Fall of 2019.
