PMA Cleanroom Level 2 Labels are made for label application on products or processes in the ISO 5 and 6 (Class 100 and 1000) and below environments. Our labels are manufactured from material that is low out-gassing, has ultra-low leachable ions, low particulates and options for low-silicone release liner. 

Labels are manufactured and packaged in ISO 5 Cleanroom (class 100). The products are rigorously tested with the most stringent test methods to meet the critical industries standard in contamination criteria and application performance. The products are processed through a stringent controlled processed with lot-by-lot full traceability in processes, machines and material.

PMA 4369A is a direct thermal printable label stock with an ultra-removable acrylic adhesive. The material  is intended for use as a cleanroom  label for the electronics industry.   The adhesive has low adhesion  and tack and is designed to be cleanly removable without leaving adhesive residue. This high purity adhesive has low out gassing and ionic levels. This label stock is supplied on a PET base liner featuring a reduced silicone release coating.

PMA 2074 is a thermal cleanroom label which comes with a matte white BOPP based synthetic film. A special resin top coat provide excellent chemical resistance and good thermal transfer printing image with most resin & combination ribbons, surface treated for better ink writing or printing.  This product exhibits ultra-low ionic extraction level and durable performance in micro-electronic cleanroom application.

Adhesive - An Acrylic-based removable adhesive with excellent aging resistance, featuring low outgassing with good removability on subtrate such as stainless steel and polycarbonate without leaving any adhesive residue.
